- Scope and Definitions This Privacy Policy applies to users of the Pokerhub mobile application and any other services provided by Pokerhub, Inc.
"Personal Data" means any information that can be used to identify you directly or indirectly.
Pokerhub acts as a data controller when determining the purposes and means of processing personal data collected via the App.

- Financial entries related to poker games (buy-ins, cash-outs, balances)

- Automatically Collected Information:
- Device data (model, OS version, IP address)
- App usage statistics and interaction data
- Device identifiers such as IDFA (Apple Identifier for Advertisers) where applicable
- Crash logs and diagnostic data to improve app stability
- Third-Party Sources:
- Authentication providers like Civic
- Public databases or verification services
Note: When using Civic for authentication, their Privacy Policy applies in addition to ours.

- Business partners or affiliates for support and maintenance of the Services All third-party providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.
- International Data Transfers Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one in which you reside. These countries may have different data protection laws from your own. When we transfer data internationally, we take appropriate safeguards to ensure your personal data remains protected, including the use of standard contractual clauses or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms where applicable.
- Data Retention We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including compliance with legal obligations and operational requirements. Inactive accounts may be deleted after 90 days. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
- Backup copies of deleted information may remain for a limited period as part of our disaster recovery procedures but will not be used for any other purpose.
- Encrypted backups and snapshots of system data are stored periodically as part of our operational redundancy and disaster recovery efforts. Users consent to the storage of their data in these backup systems, even if it resides outside their jurisdiction.
- Security We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
- While we implement encryption, access controls, and monitoring to secure our systems, no infrastructure is immune to compromise. We do not guarantee that your data will be fully secure against unauthorized access, corruption, or loss.
- By using the Services, you agree that Pokerhub will not be held responsible for damages resulting from data loss, leakage, or unauthorized access, regardless of whether it was due to negligence, malicious action, or force majeure.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies Pokerhub may use device identifiers and mobile SDKs to collect data for analytics and performance optimization. These identifiers may include Apple’s IDFA where applicable.
If we implement features that require user tracking across apps and websites, we will request your permission in accordance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You can manage these permissions via your device settings.
Pokerhub does NOT:
- Track users across other apps or services
- Use targeted advertising or retargeting
We may use third-party tools (such as Firebase or App Store analytics) to measure app performance. Users can reset their device identifiers or limit ad tracking in device settings.
Pokerhub does not respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals.
- Your Rights and Choices Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- Access your data
- Request correction or deletion
- Object to processing
- Withdraw consent
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Lodge complaints with a data protection authority
You may also appoint an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, where applicable by law. We may verify your identity, or that of your authorized agent, before processing any request.

You may opt out of marketing communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails or adjusting notification settings in the app. Note that you will still receive non-promotional service communications.
- Privacy Rights in Certain Jurisdictions Some jurisdictions provide individuals with specific rights regarding their personal information. Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Opt out of the sale of personal data
Requests may be submitted directly or through an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
- Children’s Privacy Pokerhub is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data.
- Changes to This Policy We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the revision date at the top of the policy. Continued use of the Services after an update indicates your acceptance.
