Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing or using the Pokerhub mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not use the Services.
2. Eligibility You may only use the Services if you are at least 18 years old or meet the minimum legal age in your country or jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you satisfy these requirements and are legally permitted to use the Services.
3. Account Registration To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Registration may be facilitated by a third-party provider (e.g. Civic for authentication). By registering through such a provider, you agree to that third party’s terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.

4. User Conduct You agree to use the Services lawfully, respectfully, and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with, disrupt, or harm the Services or other users
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Upload malicious code or software
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, impersonation, or spam
• Promote or facilitate illegal betting or gambling
• Post or transmit unlawful, obscene, infringing, or defamatory material
• Distribute malware, spyware, or viruses

5. Financial Tracking Pokerhub provides tools to track and organize financial data related to in-person home poker games. It does not facilitate online gameplay, handle real funds, or conduct gambling of any kind.
6. Not a Gambling Site Pokerhub is not a gambling platform. No gameplay or wagering takes place in the App. It is a private utility for informal tracking of poker games. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any laws that apply to private poker games in their region.
7. Intellectual Property All content, graphics, design elements, and technology within the Services are the property of Pokerhub, Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the Services. Redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation is prohibited without written permission.
8. Termination Pokerhub may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, at its sole discretion for any reason, including violations of these Terms, legal noncompliance, or conduct we deem harmful.

Sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution will survive account termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties. Pokerhub, Inc. does not guarantee availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We cannot ensure the Services will be error-free or that files downloaded will be free from viruses or harmful code.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pokerhub, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Services. If liability is found, our total liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction may apply. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
12. Financial Logging, Approvals & Disclaimers Pokerhub offers features for logging, requesting, and signing off on poker-related financial entries. You acknowledge:
13. Pokerhub is not involved in actual transactions and does not transfer or verify funds.
14. Data is user-entered and may be incomplete, erroneous, or affected by bugs.
15. Wet signatures captured in the app are informal and non-binding.

• Pokerhub does not mediate disputes.
• You are solely responsible for outcomes.
• You acknowledge that Pokerhub may utilize secure backup infrastructure, including redundant databases and encrypted snapshots, to preserve data. These may be located in geographically diverse locations.
• Despite security and redundancy measures, Pokerhub makes no guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or availability of logged data.
• Pokerhub shall not be held liable for any loss, corruption, or inaccuracy of data, including transaction data, even if resulting from internal system failure, human error, hacking, or other causes.
• You agree that Pokerhub shall not be responsible for restoring lost or corrupted data and will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from such incidents, regardless of fault.
• You acknowledge that additional systems or third-party tools may be evaluated or integrated in future to improve data resilience or performance, but such enhancements may not be immediately implemented.

14. Export Compliance & Changes to Terms You may not use or export the Services in violation of U.S. export laws. Pokerhub may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of updates.
15. Submissions Any ideas, feedback, or suggestions you submit to Pokerhub may be used by us without obligation or compensation. You waive any claims to intellectual property or confidentiality.
16. Links to Other Websites The App may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or practices of external sites. You access them at your own risk.
17. Lapsed Accounts Accounts inactive for more than 90 consecutive days may be deactivated or deleted. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email.
18. Refusal of Service We reserve the right to suspend, refuse, or cancel access to the Services at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
